Dr. Sanjay Mahalingam is a Professor at the Sri Sathya Institute of Higher Learning, Prashanti Nilayam. While his areas of expertise include Quality Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management and Transformational Leadership, Sanjay is as a gifted communicator, a skill that he has consciously employed in transmitting the teachings of our beloved spiritual master, Bhagwan Sri Sathya Sai Baba. Sanjay has been blessed with innumerable personal interactions over the course of his years as a student of Sri Sathya Institute of Higher Learning. Amongst other travels such as those to Chennai for the Athi Rudra Maha Yagna (2007), he has had the fortune of accompanying Swami to Kodaikanal. These diverse interactions with Bhagwan allowed him to witness the munificence of the Avatar in its varied manifestations. Passionate about self-transformation and intrinsic human potential, Sanjay’s primary methodology draws upon traditional wisdom to solve contemporary problems. Sanjay Mahalingam completed his MBA (2004) and PhD (2008) from the Sri Sathya Institute of Higher Learning (Prashanti Nilayam); and is living and working in Puttaparthi.

Dr. Supriya Rao is an independent social science researcher and development consultant. She has in the past, taught post graduate courses in Political Science and Sociology at the University of Delhi, and at the School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi (Both in India). In her role as a documentation and image development consultant in the social sector, Dr. Rao has worked with a large number of women's organizations and unorganized women’s groups in Andhra Pradesh, Odisha and Jharkhand. She has been an integral part of Non-governmental organizations like Nirbhaya Women’s Fund, India, Foundations for Peace, Ireland and has represented them at international forums like the Association for Women’s Rights in Development. She has also provided consultancy services for organizations such as Confederation of Indian Industries and PLAN, India. Her family has been in Swami’s fold for the last three generations. From the first written letter to her doctoral thesis on New Age Religion, her course of life has been been under the guidance of Swami. Prompted by this, Supriya has integrated her professional training with the pursuit of self-transformative education.

Dr. Kalpana Venugopal is currently a Professor of Education with the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT), Ministry of Human Resource & Development, Government of India. She was born and raised in the Sai fold, and is an alumna of Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning; securing a gold medal for her bachelor's degree in Education. She has been very engaged with the Vidya Vahini program, started by Bhagavan to inculcate value based Education, in the Indian school system. Her work related speciality is in the area of Child Psychology and Teacher's education. She is currently a Full- bright fellow on assignment in the US to study the education system in various schools and universities here.
